It looks like the Socialist worker.org group has not had enough of backstabbing Gilad Atzmon. This time, and for special effects, they have solicited and obtained the services of one Palestinian 'Safiya'. You see, if a Palestinian is willing and ready to come forward and defame Gilad, then it is anticipated and hoped by the 'socialist' group that it would carry more weight; it would be perceived to be free of bias and so on. We do have such 'hired Muslims' such as the Somali Ayaan Hirsi Ali. The logic is very straightforward. Bring a black to malign blacks, bring in a Muslim to malign Muslims and those behind the scenes are betting on a sure bet that the gullible public would buy into the lies being peddled by the 'hired hand'. This Palestinian 'Safiya' has an article posted on - you guessed it - the socialist worker website titled 'No Place for Atzmon at SW.org.' The title itself is funny because the one who would be soliciting for an interview would be the SW and NOT Gilad Atzmon! The Safiya has also made her rounds around the blogosphere and posted messages maligning Gilad Atzmon! What is her beef? What is her problem with Gilad? The answer is simply IGNORANCE. As Abraham Lincoln is supposed to have said: "better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt." She would have been much better off having heeded Lincoln's wisdom. Let me demonstrate once and for all this woman's total ignorance by quoting from her statements.

Does Ayaan - I mean Safiya - know what she speaks of? May I ask her to go back and re-visit the interview that was 'retracted' and pay close attention to the introduction section? Your own interviewer introduced Gilad in very complimentary terms and depicts him as a highly accomplished man in so many respects: as a writer, musician, and activist ... the list is long! So why is Ayaan (I mean Safiya) being childlike? Is Safiya aware that the Turkish PM quoted Gilad Atzmon during his fracas with the Zionist Jew on Arab soil by the name of Peres?
Safiya: he is in trying to prove that there is something "inherently Jewish" about Zionist atrocities
Whoever said the meek shall inherit the earth is a fool. No, you shan't! You would be considered lucky if you can manage to earn your daily bread, being so ignorant! Look at how meek and ignorant this Safiya comes across! One can only have pity for her due to her lack of knowledge about what she speaks of. I will attempt to 'de-meek' her, i.e. open her eyes and give her some understanding.
1. To be a Jew simply means to love other Jews and to hate non-Jews! Where is this written? None other than the Jews' own book: the Old Testament. According to the Old Testament, Jews have a duty to be menacing and destructive towards the non-Jew and protective of the Jews.
2. European Ashkenazi Jews with no ties to Palestine except as converts to a Middle Eastern religion, claimed the land based on what is written in their Old Testament. It is absurd, silly and out of line to shed in saintly light the religion of Judaism when it is in fact what is written in the book of that religion that Zionism is based on. It is deceptive or perhaps simply ignorance on the part of Safiya to assert false claims. But Jews now better.

Zionism is based on Judaism. Never forget that 94% of Jews who now occupy Palestine supported the bombing of innocent civilians in Palestine (Dec 2008-Jan 2009) and the ADL had gleefully posted an article about how American Jewry too was united and for the killing of the people of Gaza. You can run but you can't hide. Jews are very embarrassed if non-Jews get to know the hideousness of what is written in their book.
Safiya writes: If Moshe Machover's politics make him a "Judeo Marxist," then I am proud to identify as one--a Muslim Judeo-Marxist. Let's see how Atzmon tries to figure that one out.
I have not figured it out, I don't think Atzmon could figure it out, I don't think a human being anywhere on the planet could figure it out. I don't think even God could figure it out! What she is mumbling about is very hard to discern except that she depicts herself as one in close and happy alignment with everything Jewish.

This is as silly as it gets. Her logic somehow seems to be working in reverse. Why would Atzmon be seeking out the 'extreme-right'? Did Safiya not know that Zionism is now closely aligned with the extreme right? Perhaps she meant to say 'the extreme left'? Of course, the extreme left feels repelled by the Zionist enterprise because of its bestiality! The extreme left does not care what color, tribe, race, religion one is. It cares deeply about justice for everyone on earth, and if its voice sounds harsh against the Zionist menace, it is the harshness of people who are committed to justice and goodness for all.
